I've researched Contact: Tiger Transport and they say, no destination on planet is non-negotiable, we can deliver your vehicle and you can use them to fight while on board. So there is aa mission that I can't reach on my air bus. How do I use their service?

You don't directly. Tiger Transport are an abstraction to explain how your land vehicles can travel over the ocean, as well as explain how some ragtag pirates transfer equipment and personnel between bases all over the world (once you get to that stage). To attend the mission, get a vehicle with global range. Buying a V8 car or manufacturing a hunting party are a couple of options you have.
