Title: submod load order(s)?

What are the guides/rules of thumb regarding submod load orders for OXCOM Files? Do I want the big additions on top?

Alternatively, would it be better if I just posted the list of mods I want to play with, & ask what order they should be in?

parent mod on the top (loaded first), child mods on the bottom (loaded last)
