Title: [Answered] Guided rockets for starting human tech

The game is set in 1999.  In that year, vehicle-bourne rocket launchers included anti-tank guided missiles like TOW, Kornet, Spike, Javelin. Some like Javelin were also man-portable. 

To reflect the state of human technology in 1999, the rocket tank should be able to fire guided rockets and the man-portable rocket launcher also. 

Perhaps the HWP rockets could have 5 waypoints and the man-portable rocket launcher could have 3 so it is still inferior in guidance to the 9-waypoint alien blaster.

This is already implemented, find mod that do this
