Title: [DONE][Suggestion] Support mouse X1/X2 buttons for SoldierInfo UI

The mouse forward/back button for next/previous soldier works fine while in Battlescape and in Craft Equipment→Inventory view, but not in Base Solder/Craft Crew view. Standard keyboard shortcut works fine.

I don't have a mouse with next/prev buttons, so I can't test/implement this.
Maybe someone wants to PR?
