Title: To field promote or not to field promote

Hi all,

I've got the OXC setting "field promotions" turned on, meaning that only the soldiers that were in the battle can be promoted. Does anyone else have this turned on or is it not worth it? I like the feel of it personally.

I also have it turned on. 'Realism', and a little more control over who deserves to get promoted.
