Title: Outrunner Laser but without ammo

I have an outrunner laser. But the ammo is still 0.

I don't see how to craft laser ammo? It does not appear in the list.

Do you have at least 2 Elerium? That's what a single clip costs. If you don't, it's under 'Default (no supplies)'.
