Title: [DONE][Suggestion] Manufacture rating points.

As title says, it would be useful to have possibility to create manufacturing project (using rare components maybe), that produce rating directly. Like something social, etc.

Added in OXCE v7.8.19

Both positive and negative points are allowed.
Example:
