This is the XCom Files version of this OXCE minimod :

Basically it forces the bug hunt to always trigger exactly at turn 15 regardless of additional conditions that would either delay it or prevent it to trigger.
(you can easily edit this exact amount of turns for your own taste in the file bughunt_turn15_XComFiles.rul )
To install, download the attached files
Then extract the folder named :
bughunt_turn15_XComFiles
And drop this folder into your
...\OpenXComDirectory\user\mods\
Then in Xcom Files main menu, go to Mods and set "BugHunt Turn 15 XComFiles" to YES to enable it
(should be compatible with every future and old version of XCom Files)

Nice mini mod
I edited it a bit and made it active after 30 turns like in xenonauts. Trying to find that last enemy on the map for +50 was rather annoying.

Frankly, after dozens upon dozens of missions, I have only encountered an impossible to find alien... twice, maybe?
Enforcing the 15th turn bughunt completely trivialises the game and promotes sitting around in your craft until you the god mode starts. Do as you wish, it's your PC and your playing experience, but I recommend using this mod only if you're actually stuck.
