Title: Where to get Satellite Launch Supply?

Hello,

Been loving the mod, but feel like I'm stuck. I have built Lunar Control Room, but I don't know where to get Satellite Launch Supply from in order to manufacture Lunar Satellite Assembly.

Please help!
Big thanks for this amazing creation; would be amazing to see something like this done with the newer xcom game engines.

Seems that I need tech that I can obtain from one of the commanders in order to build the supply; i've already interragated all except for the Snake commander, but I never have any bases or battle ships with snakes, so I don't know how to get it.

Hmm seems I have this tech, but that thread doesn't answer my issues - where to get Satellite Launch Supply? Seems I cannot build it.

and after I launched it and researched all the associated tech afterwards... do I just sit and wait for mission to pop up?
