Make sure that you can write to this location, and that your HDD is not full.

Hi, i can't save any game either when using OXCE. It tries to create savegames (.bak) the same location as OpenXcom does, where OpenXcom has no problem saving games, but playing OXCE i get an error message.

Could you help me with this? Because i don't understand how or what to change.

Can you provide a screenshot from the "Options > Folders" screen?

My advice will probably not be that helpful, but..
- make sure you make an exception for your Anti Virus for the whole folder in user/documents/OpenX com.
- try clearing out your saves folder 9I do this once in a while).

as I said, my advice is amateur/novice but might help.
