Title: Master's Cane vs. VooDoo Rod

When it comes to mind control has any one of the Master's Cane or the VooDoo Rod an advantage? It seems the VooDoo Rod consumes less time units, but does stun damage. Are there any differences concerning the success chances of the mind control attack?

The cane has a worse effectiveness ratio, and higher costs aside from stun. So the rod is better long as you have a beer or other energy conumable to hand.
