a good XCOM commander, doing a GLOBAL fight against aliens, should realize it´s winter in the southern hemisphere.

Summer is the best time to campaign against the aliens!! No bonus pay for my operatives until the winter :D

Om the contrary, i prefer to battle in winter, i use to sweat a lot....O_o
