Title: Can't see an enemy that my soldier can see
Post by: Sander Bouwhuis on August 18, 2019, 08:51:56 pm
Often one of my soldiers stops because (s)he sees an enemy. The problem is that often I cannot see the enemy. I then have to slowly move my cursor over every single dark tile until I can find the 'invisible' enemy (the cursor blinks red+yellow).
Is there a setting I can set so that I don't have to do this tedious work? Or is there a mod that can do that?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

In OXCE, you can press Alt and a small arrow will point at the alien.

In OXCE, you can press Alt and a small arrow will point at the alien.
In addition to this, OXCE (maybe OXC too, I don't bother with that build) also shows revealed enemies in green (the vanilla behaviour of flashing red boxes is retained if the currently active soldier can see the enemy), bleeding allies in blue, and allies with high Stun damage in purple. (Unfortunately, mind-controlled aliens count as allies for this last I checked)
