[Suggestion] Stunned aliens should not appear in alien containment before being transported

When aliens are stunned and captured at the end of a mission, they appear in the alien containment while the skyranger is still in flight on the way back from the ground site.  They should not appear in the alien containment until the craft brings them back.

Agreed, also I think ALL items on craft from mission, aliens, alien tech, solider gear, should not show up in the base facility storage while the craft is out, and when the craft returns to base the message pops up if the alien containment is full.

This is simply not how the game is implemented.
It's incompatible with just about everything there is right now.
