[Suggestion] Speed up "Next Turn" screen skipping

Options - Advanced - Skip "Next Turn" lasts a one second and you finally need to turn it off or do 0.001 sec
Today it’s faster to skip it manually than to wait for the automation

That's not my setting, it's OXC.

Ask OXC devs, if you want it changed.
(I want to remain compatible with OXC as much as possible)
