[Suggestion] Add aspect ratio resolutions

Original resolution is 640x400 (1.6:1) (8:5)
But in the Video mode there are only 2 modes with original aspect ratio - 640x400 and 320x200

Suggestion 1: add 1280x800 video mode
Suggestion 2: add button "only original aspect ratio" for (up and down video arrows) to prevent black rows at top and botton
Suggestion 3: add button "keep aspect ratio" for (resizable mode) to prevent black rows at top and botton

And these black rows make scrolling so wierd in the battlescape (with "grab mouse" on), so original aspect ratio is the best
