Title: xcom game on googleplay?

I hope they did all the proper licensing.  I think micropose got bought by...   actually, I don't know.  Is it take 2 that owns the xcom franchise?

2K owns the XCom franchise.

The developer of this game has replaced a lot of the original graphics but he's still using a lot of copyrighted material (like the sprites of Jungle terrain and others) for commercial proposes. If he doesn't have permission then'd imagine 2K might not like it.

Wow, the developer didn't even try to disguise the jungle terrain.

According to the description, its been available since 2011. I'm assuming 2K just doesn't care; they haven't released a mobile X-com, so it's not like this game interferes with their sales.
