[Suggestion] New Energy Shields.

I propose to rework the "Energy Shields" script for armor and items as follows:

1) Energy Shields should not work based on the amount of damage absorbed, but reflect a completely defined number of hits.
2) There is no regeneration. That is, when moving from "MissionStage 1" to "MissionStage 2" - the shields are completely recharged. But within one map - there is no recharge.
3) There should be an indicator in the inventory - how many hits the shield can reflect.
4) Visualization of the working shield should remain the same.
5) Inability to set the target on fire, zombify or destroy armor (ToArmorPre) while the shield is active.

I'm a bad scripter and can't do this myself.
