It would be nice when openxcom support jump as units ability

For exp:
1) Reapers can be able finish charge with jump to our soldiers or jump over small walls
2) Our soldiers (or alliens) may wear "jump jets" equipment (or armor) which allow them small jumps 

it don't need to be in default openxcom but should be available via rulests

Well, Reapers 'Jumping' wouldnt be a new Verb they would be able to do. It'd be an animation thing.

And Jumpjets seem like a crappy Flying Suit, and cant be implemented until Xcom has some notion of Gravity.

I can think of more interesting ways than jumping to enhance mobility and add for new gameplay features, especially on the alien side.  Especially since the flying suit already gives you the "up" directions.
All ideas are mods of course, not regular game options.

  • Teleport - Alien Engineers or Leaders teleport around, but if you have one Motion Tracker the new position is guaranteed to be seen there, no matter if in the fog of war or not.
  • Phase Shifting - Alien walk through walls, hedges etc. but they immediately have to stop on the next tile. Also a energy residue can be seen with the naked eys (wall has a different color or a decal for one turn).

Exactly and this will help a lot in terror missions where small fences many time block Reapers to charge on your units.

Correct, Jumpjets as high end stuff of terran technology wil be replaced by alien tech in  Flying Suit. But that all depend how will look the tech tree and how fast you can reach Flying Suit. I have already seen jumpjets ability in "Incubation" game (which is xcom clone) and it was extremly useful there.

Aditionaly openxcom should have some gravity beginings since dead body fall to below levels when floor is destroy.
