OXCE Support / I can't start OXCE/Brutal-OXCE

I can't start OXCE 7.8/Brutal-OXCE 8.3.3
I played the X-Chronicles mod. In one of the moves, the game froze. I have completely deleted the fork and the folder in the documents. Reinstalled it completely. Vanilla OXCE is being launched. I'm connecting the X-Chronicles mod. After the first download, I can play. But once I exit the game and run it again, nothing happens.
The size of the openxcom.log file grows endlessly.

When you delete the options.cfg file, the game starts up again. But once you launch the mod, the problem repeats

The Grey Knights have one peculiarity. They all wear storm bolters on their forearms. It's a lore, it's okay. The problem is that this feature according to the lore of the universe allows you to use two-handed weapons (various power hammers, halberds, etc.).
In the game itself, this is implemented as armor with a fixed weapon in his right hand. In this case, two-handed weapons that require both hands no longer work. And two-handed weapons requiring one hand gets a penalty.

Is it possible in OXCE to make it so that one weapon does not affect the other weapon?
It's situational but nevertheless you can think of many weapons that mechanically go to the left/right hand but don't really take up arms. For example a shoulder cannon, a forearm weapon, etc.
I've been trying to find the right command in the rule set guide. Either I wasn't looking hard enough or there is no such command.
Maybe you should add a rule that when activated on the weapon makes it "invisible" to other weapons. So that you can use a two-handed weapon with a weapon that does not actually take a hand

Is it possible to send multiple fighters to a UFO at once?
I accidentally found out that it is possible to send an escort through "shift". Is it possible to send several ships from different bases at once? After 100 UFOs it's annoying to click on each fighter separately....

I started playing the unexcom mod. The mod itself has a translation into Russian. But the vanilla things, research and the interface remained in English. Can you tell me how to russify everything? As far as I understand I got so that the vanilla game in English while the mod itself in Russian

Is there any way to implement the box in a vehicle? So that accidental explosions would not destroy important equipment?
As a last resort, allow equipment to be placed in the back of the vehicle

Is there any chance of the awards being sorted? My inner perfectionist gets frustrated because the awards are listed in a haphazard way.
For example, I would like to see "Master of the" or "Bane of" awards next to each other.

The move settings are set to maximum, but I would like it to be higher.

When you have a dozen interceptors, it's very uncomfortable to navigate. You have to scroll down every time. 
I want something like this.
Just to increase the window and make the scroll disappear. Instead of displaying 8 ships became for example 20

Please make it so that tanks and large ground units can break some obstacles. I start to hang myself every time I come across a map with jungle or dense urban development.
Surprisingly, in order for a tank to pass I have to shoot bushes and small fences.
I'm not talking about that they would pass through the bearing walls of the houses, but a small fence and bushes to break down, they clearly should be able to, and perhaps the trees. (Although probably would be cool to fly into a house in which there are locked enemies with the words Surprise motherfucker)

The Staff of Heart Grip either doesn't work, or it definitely needs a boost in accuracy. Since 15% is very low... Seriously, I've shot a farmer 100 times and never hit him.

1) How to remove the pause during the enemy's turn (messages about panic and the like). Sometimes, when the enemies in sight one by one begin to panic each time I have to press the "space bar" to remove the window.
2) There is a wonderful key combination "Ctrl + End", which allows you to turn night into day. Is there a way to make it so that when you start a mission/load a save is activated by default?
This feature allows you to brighten the night in several levels. I like that one of the stages has a medium "brightening" value, plus it displays some enemies that sometimes can't be seen in the "fog of war". I know you can shoot at them, but sometimes it's hard to know where to point. This feature saves a lot.
I got tired of every time to press this key combination on every night mission and loading.
In fact, I think you should add a separate openxcom setting to lighten a certain level by default.
3) I found out about this key combination by accident when I was trying to find out how to make all missions in the daytime, because night missions annoy me in terms of color scheme (my eyes get tired of everything dark...). So is there a site/list/post with all possible openxcom/OXCE combinations?

I really like the XM29 OICW weapon. But only the part that is implemented as a grenade launcher. It's very cool to shoot grenades directly. But as technology advances, the 5.56 bullet is getting very old. Nevertheless, the direct fire grenade launcher is useful even late in the game.

Guys, how do you look at adding another weapon to the "Revived Weapons" branch.
I'm talking about the XM-25. It is essentially a grenade launcher based on the XM29 OICW only without the rifle part.
Direct fire grenade launchers are excellent!
