After playing around with some scripting, I came up with a spellcasting resource system, and I wanted to share the fruits of that labor with the community. This mod adds a new armor type, "ADEPT", made from the combination of a mind probe and a psi amp, that turns your soldiers into mages! While it looks just like a standard jumpsuit, it's brimming with the latent psionic energy of your soldier - you can channel this energy into a beam attack or store it up to use as a shield to reflect alien plasma beams!
This mod requires OXCE+, so make sure you have that before trying it out!
