Well, it exists, I personally use it =) also, there is not like something new, everything for it exists already. Basically, UX is confusing when the same things (item list in this case) works differently in different states.
Also, it's much more useful for FtA because of how my sell state works =) I know, it's not the reason to change it in OXCE, OFC. I'm just planning to add it and I wanted to know if I should make it in my fork, or make a pull request for OXCE, or it would be done in OXCE eventually without my contribution. I just want to minimize merging problems
If you think it does not worth your time or expanding OXCE codebase - I'm totally fine with that!
