I find the issue of lack of Shadwolamp hard to believe. Chances of it not appearing in the game until the end of 2602 are 1:100, nevermind how much time is needed to research tractor beams. Either you were blowing up the demons with high powered weapons, didn't have any radar coverage to speak of, or neglected interceptions.

0.99N7.0.3.4,  an handful of issues:

1) gun almanac is not supposed to give sports rifle, but it canbe gotten also by researching human mage. Now i have recovered the former, but searching in the topics pool it won't show, maybe a mispelled/dupliated item entry?

I don't understand the issue. GA is definitely supposed to give you Sports Rifle.

If you make a takedown of a military vessel, you always risk retaliation of this nature. This is not a scripted event.

0.99N.6.0.7,not properly a bug, bug govt agents and military ploce should not be supposed to wield sabres (pirate weap?) adn hunting rifles (civ weap?) don't know about the razor, but spartans often carry these, not sure about govt agents with these

It's your opinion. They are quite capable of using them properly.

As long as the old inventory pile system still works, I see no problem if a modder wants to divest the player of all their extra equipment during battle for some reason.

Geoscape is RTS-with-no-pause for a reason. The option is only available if interception oversea (TFTD: overland) is impossible. This is also for a reason. I know not everyone likes RTS, but such is Xcom's philosophy, therefore the proposed change certainly shouldn't be forced but optional.

don't know if its a feature, but one enemy in the Vampire castle spawned in a not reachable area,

had to kill it by editing...

Impossible to see anything on these pictures. Please provide better evidence than a couple of blurred minimap screencaps. I cannot read your mind, so I cannot find the bug.

If you choose to do aerial transfer, you don't need to have required pilots in craft. This should never be allowed, as it leads to all sorts of secondary bugs (eg. teleporting pilots to craft in-flight if you change the transfer order to patrol when ship is airborne).

So is there something I should know when building my bases to avoid this bug? Are they trying to path to a specific tile that I'm blocking somehow?

No idea dude, it is you who managed to do that first. Only you can know the secret (another explanation could be very low computer specs, I guess?).
