Title: Invisible menu text (Mac OS)

Hello,

here's what i get when i run the game:

it's basically the same problem as described here:
https://openxcom.org/bugs/openxcom/issues/1189

i'm running 1.0 version with "UFO defense" data on Mac OS Sierra (10.12.2). I tried to fiddle with some files from nightly builds but with no luck so far.

Have any of you encountered similar issue? Any ideas how to fix it?

First and foremost, do not use version 1.0, it is outdated since 2 years.

Thanks, i thought it was a only stable version.
